GPS: No Info Approach: Enter from the eastern end of the breakwater. The entrance into the interior of the harbour is very narrow - if another craft is exiting it is best to wait. Entering with a strong northwesterly is difficult. Mooring: The harbour provides excellent shelter in all weathers; the problem is finding a place among the fishing and tripper boats. Berths for visitors are those behind the windward mole, alongside, two and three deep. Anchoring is not advised since lines often get tangled with those of other boats anchored facing the shore. Further information: Regardless of which harbour you choose, you are within walking distance of the town's center. On the shore road between the two locations there is a row of stores with sailing gear, machine shops, boat engine repair shops and others for electrical-electronic gear. A seven minute walk up the road perpendicular to the sea road, slightly east of the berths in the new harbour, will take you to the colourful farmer's market in the outer moat of the new fortress.
