Introduction: -

GPS: No Info

Approach: Kouloura is immediately noticeable by its old white venetian manor house whose foundations reach into the sea south of the harbour. Care is needed when approaching from the south because of the shallows extending east of the manor and of the breakwater to a distance of about 50 meters. Similar shallows extend north of the breakwater but not so far out.

Mooring: The harbour is small, depth around two meters, and usually full. West of the harbour is a wooden jetty with a depth of around 1.8 meters at its head. One can anchor deep in the bay in front of the sole building there with depths of 5 to 12 meters; good shelter from the Maistros.

Further information: Just one restaurant but very agreeable, pleasing countryside and an easy walk to neighboring Kalami.
